Program Structure:

  1. First Semester (Fundamental Module):

    • Core courses offered at one of the six partner universities (Ghent University, University of Algarve, University of Oviedo, Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology, Polytechnic University of Marche, University of Western Brittany).
    • Focus on basic marine science concepts and tools, such as marine ecology and conservation.
  2. Second Semester (Thematic Modules and Professional Practices):

    • Students choose thematic modules and undertake Professional Practices (internships) at partner institutions.
    • Professional Practice includes hands-on experience in marine industries, research institutions, or NGOs.
  3. Third Semester (Specialization Tracks):

    • Students select one of five specialization tracks based on their interests and future career goals:
      • Marine Food Production
      • Management of Living Marine Resources
      • Applied Marine Ecology and Conservation
