Academic Requirements: <h2>Academic Requirements</h2> <p>In order to apply for the Nordic Master programme in Environmental Engineering (eNviro5Tech), you must fulfill a number of requirements. </p><p>The requirements apply to all applicants for the programme regardless of study track.</p><h6>Degree Requirements:</h6><ul><li>A BSc degree corresponding to a minimum 180 ECTS credits in:</li><li>Civil or Environmental Engineering or other relevant degree</li></ul>The applicant\\xc2\\x92s qualifications must include a strong working knowledge of mathematics and physics, and applicants must document that they have fulfilled the following minimum requirements:<ul><li>Mathematics: 20 ECTS, including linear algebra, calculus and differential equations.</li><li>Physics: 10 ECTS.</li><li>Applicants with a Polytechnic (FI), H\\xc3\\xb6gskoleingeni\\xc3\\xb6r (SE) and Diplomingeni\\xc3\\xb8r (DK) degree may be expected to do extra course work to qualify for the programme.</li></ul><p>In addition, a background in chemistry (a minimum of 5 ECTS) is required</p><h6>English language requirements:</h6><p>When applying for admission, you must provide evidence of your academic achievements and proficiency in English. Certified photocopies of relevant documents must be enclosed with the application. </p><ul><li>TOEFL: Paper-based: 580 (written section grade 4,5), Computer-based test: 237 (essay writing grade 4,5), Internet-based test: 92 (written section grade 22)</li><li>IELTS: 6.5, no section lower than 5.5 (only IELTS Academic Training accepted).</li><li>Cambridge Advanced English: 180</li></ul>NB! The language tests must not be older than two years.<p>Documentation of an undergraduate degree or documentation of citizenship from one of the following countries: Australia, Canada (except Quebec), Great Britain, Ireland, New Zealand, Scotland, and USA.
