- The LLM in International Commercial Law and Practice gives you the opportunity to study a wide range of modules covering regulatory and policy-based aspects of international commercial law and also particular industry sectors such as oil and gas law.
- To be awarded the LLM in International Commercial Law and Practice you must successfully complete six modules, four of which must be core modules, and a dissertation over your chosen duration of study

Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
You need the following GPA score:
Applicants for graduate programs must have the equivalent of a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with a minimum GPA equivalent to Upper Second Class on the UK Honour scale. Admitted applicants typically have an undergraduate GPA of or better on the UK Honour scale. No exam grade should be lower than 4.5 (European grade scale) or D (American grade scale).
Your GPA (Grade Point Average) is calculated using the grades that you received in each course, and is determined by the points assigned to each grade (e.g. for the US grading scale from A-F).
The minimum basic admission requirement for taught postgraduate degrees is an Upper Second Class honours degree (or better), or its international equivalent. Other qualifications from a recognised higher education institution will be considered on an individual basis.
Candidates who have not previously studied a legal subject may still be eligible for study, as every application will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Professional experience is taken into account and all applications are considered on a case-by-case basis.
