Bachelor\'s Degree, official transcript of highest degree, two letters of recommendation using the SHRP-IDS recommendation form, copy of Professional License/Certificate (if applicable), statement of professional career goals, resume/curriculum vitae. Applicants with non-U.S. degree must have transcript evaluation, minimum 3.0 GPA.
