Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements

Applicants for graduate programs must have the equivalent of a bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA equivalent to 3 on a US 4.0 grading scale. Admitted applicants typically have an undergraduate GPA of or better on a 4.0 scale. No exam grade should be lower than 4.5 (European grade scale) or D (American grade scale).
Your GPA (Grade Point Average) is calculated using the grades that you received in each course, and is determined by the points assigned to each grade (e.g. for the US grading scale from A-F).
US Bachelors degree from an accredited institution, or UK first degree with minimum second class honours, or an overseas equivalent as determined by the University. Relevant work experience is welcomed and may on occasion be accepted in lieu of a first degree, but is not required.
The University welcomes all applications that meet the Admissions Criteria as outlined below.
Please submit the following items to be considered for one of our Postgraduate Programmes:
- A completed Postgraduate Application for Admissions form.
- A professional statement
- At least one Confidential Academic Reference
- Curriculum Vitae/Resume
- Proof of bachelors degree (via transcripts)

Please submit certified copies of all grades (including courses taken), diplomas, certificates of programme completion, and any end-of-program or end-of-year examination results.
If the transcripts are not in English, official translation will be required.
