- You can apply online or with a paper application. Applications to multiple UH graduate programs are explained at the above sites. Official undergraduate grade transcripts (and, if available, graduate transcripts) must be sent to the Graduate Division. This is explained as part of the application process in 1, above.
- GRE General Test scores are required (subject tests are not required but might be useful to the admissions committee). The GRE scores can be sent to either the Graduate Division (University of Hawaii at Manoa institutional code is 4867) or directly to the Microbiology Department (the institutional code of 4867 and the Department code of 0212).
- Three (3) letters of recommendation sent directly to the Department of Microbiology
- A letter stating your educational and professional objectives, and any other documents which may be relevant for evaluation of the applicant\xc2\x92s strengths.
