- If you apply with a GPA less than 3.0, please submit official GRE or MAT scores.
- If you completed more than 60 credits of your bachelor\'s degree at another institution please submit that transcript as well.
- Official transcript or transcript evaluation\xc2\xa0showing any graduate courses and/or degrees held
- Three\xc2\xa0letters of reference, from undergraduate or graduate professors or supervisors from work, internships or volunteer experiences related to social work or human services.
English Proficiency: IELTS 5.5 or equivalent.
