The Master's Degree Programme in Biomedicine at UEF combines science education with medical expertise, focusing on Molecular Medicine. The program offers a robust theoretical foundation and hands-on training in modern biomedical research techniques, emphasizing genome-based diagnostics and personalized treatments. Students explore disease mechanisms at molecular and cellular levels, genome-wide methods, data analysis, and scientific communication.

With education rooted in high-quality research from leading UEF institutes, graduates are equipped for roles in biomedical research teams, enterprises, or further studies. Only 10 students are admitted annually based on application documents and interview performance. The program is open to both international and Finnish applicants, with the application period running from January 8 to January 22, 2025.
