he Bachelor's Degree Programme in Information Technology at the University of Eastern Finland (UEF) is a three-year program designed to provide students with a solid foundation in computer science. The curriculum covers essential areas such as programming, algorithms, data management, software design, and human-computer interaction. Students have the opportunity to select one or two minor subjects, including data science, business, law, social sciences, or environmental sciences, allowing for a tailored educational experience. The program is primarily conducted on the Joensuu and Kuopio campuses, with some courses offered in collaboration with the Karelia University of Applied Sciences. Graduates are well-prepared for careers in the IT industry and have the option to pursue further studies in UEF's master's degree programs or other institutions.
