The Bachelor's Degree Programme in Sustainable Forest Bioeconomy at the University of Eastern Finland (UEF) is a three-year, full-time program conducted in English, offering 180 ECTS credits. Designed for individuals passionate about nature and committed to addressing global sustainability challenges, the program provides comprehensive knowledge and practical skills for effective and sustainable forest management. It emphasizes multiple ecosystem services and tackles issues such as climate change, overconsumption, and biodiversity loss. Students engage in field practices, utilize ICT tools, and participate in digitalized learning environments. The curriculum includes opportunities for a term abroad through UEF's extensive network of partner universities.
