Common issues & quick fixes
Sessions now last 8 hours from the moment you log in. You will be asked to log in again after that period ends.
Fix: Tick the "Remember me" checkbox before logging in. This keeps you logged in for 30 days even if you close the browser.
If you are still being signed out sooner than expected, try clearing your browser cookies and logging in again.
This usually means one of three things:
- Wrong password — double-check caps lock is off and you are using the correct email address.
- Expired page — if you left the login page open for a long time and then submitted it, the page may have expired. Refresh the page and try again.
- Too many attempts — after many failed attempts in a short time, logins are temporarily blocked for security. Wait 1 minute and try again.
This message appears when your login page has been open for more than 12 hours without being refreshed. Simply log in again — no action is needed. Tick "Remember me" to avoid being prompted frequently.
Accounts can be disabled if:
- Your email address was not verified within 7 days of registration.
- An administrator suspended the account.
Contact your platform administrator directly to have the account re-enabled — this cannot be resolved through the self-service password reset.
- Refresh this page (press F5 or Ctrl+R).
- Clear browser cookies for this site and try again.
- Try a different browser or an incognito/private window.
- If using a VPN or proxy, try disabling it temporarily.
- Still stuck? Use Reset my password to set a fresh one.
