You need the following GPA score:

Applicants for graduate programs must have the equivalent of a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with a minimum GPA equivalent to 3 on a US 4.0 grading scale. Admitted applicants typically have an undergraduate GPA of or better on a 4.0 scale. No exam grade should be lower than 4.5 (European grade scale) or D (American grade scale).

Your GPA (Grade Point Average) is calculated using the grades that you received in each course, and is determined by the points assigned to each grade (e.g. for the US grading scale from A-F).

  • A bachelor\xc2\x92s degree from an accredited institution with a GPA of at least 3.0 or a master\xc2\x92s degree with a GPA of \xc2\xa0at least 3.5.
  • A liberal arts or sciences major or interdisciplinary concentration of at least 30 credits.
  • A liberal arts and sciences distributed to include: a minimum of 6 credits in English; 6 credits in political science, history, economics, or geography (with at least one course in history or geography); 6 credits in math (a college course in calculus meets this requirement); 6 credits in science; 3 credits in the arts; 6 credits in a language other than English (3 years of high school study in the same foreign language with grades of C or better documented by high school transcript will meet this requirement); and 3 credits in information retrieval (library studies, research, computer literacy, or educational technology).
  • A personal statement.
  • Two letters of recommendation.
  • Submission of official score report on the Graduate Record Examination (GRE).
