Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
They require a recognised professional audiology qualification and a relevant honours first degree (Upper Second or above, or equivalent) from an approved higher education institution or evidence of previous advanced study, research or professional experience that the University accepts as qualifying the applicant for entry.
Part-time students seconded from employment to undertake this course must have the written support of their employer to attend and to complete any necessary practice requirements.
Audiologists working in the NHS in the north-west who wish to apply for a place funded through the Continuing Education Service Level Agreement (SLA) also require line manager support.
English languageStudents who have not studied in a predominantly English speaking country are required to hold IELTS 7.0, including 7.0 in the written section or TOEFL 100, including 25 in the written section.
English Proficiency: IELTS 7 or equivalent.
