Program Overview
This Advanced Master in EU Environmental Governance (Master POLLEN) is organised by the Institute for European Studies Saint-Louis and the School of European Studies. This programme is for students who have an interest in Environmental issues and European affairs and who have at least a Master degree in relevant fields such as Law, Political Science, Economics, Sociology and Anthropology, Human and Social Sciences, European Studies and Environmental Studies. Classes are taught during afternoon and evening classes on the Saint-Louis Bruxelles campus of UCLouvain. For this programme, the students need to have a working knowledge of English (level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference).

The POLLEN Master promotes excellence in teaching EU Environmental studies and consists of intensive and interdisciplinary courses of staggered teaching hours delivered by renowned scholars and practitioners who expose participants to a range of theoretical and methodological perspectives. It aims to equip students and professionals with a rigorous understanding of relevant and pressing environmental challenges, with an overarching emphasis on: EU Environmental Law EU in Multilateral Negotiations EU Climate Change and Energy Governance The European Green Deal
