- carrying through an internship in a relevant private or public enterprise and thus become acquainted with the execution of the disciplines in practice

- writing a project within the theme of the 1st or 2nd semesters
- making a so-called \x92long master\x92s thesis\x92, i.e. you choose to write master\x92s thesis over two semesters instead of one.
- At the 4th semester \x96 which is course-free \x96 you prepare a final thesis within a self-elected topic. The master\x92s thesis is \x92the crowning glory\x92 and quite generally aims at documenting your professional academic competence.

Academic Requirements
The master\xc2\x92s programme in Geoinformatics is directed at students with a bachelor\xc2\x92s degree in surveying, land management, geography or study programmes with similar content. Furthermore, students must have passed an English proficiency test.
