To the UH OFFICE OF GRADUATE EDUCATION, all applicants must provide:

- Supplemental Information Form
- Statement of Objectives (approx. 1,000 words, typed)
- Letters of recommendation (2 for MA applications, 3 for PhD applications)
- Each letter of recommendation should have an attached \xc2\x93Waiver of Access to Confidential Letters/Statements form\xc2\x94
- All MA and PhD applicants must submit a sample of their academic writing
