Admission Requirements

Academic Requirements

To access the official teachings of the Master\xc2\x92s Degree in American Studies, students need to be in possession of an official University Degree, Spanish or foreign, issued by an institution of higher education of the European Higher Education Area. They both enable admission to the Master\xc2\x92s Degree in the issuing countries.

Furthermore, graduates under foreign educational systems who are not attached to the European Higher Education Area may have access without being required to obtain recognition for their titles, after verification by the University that they accredit a level of education equivalent to the corresponding official Spanish university degrees and that they enable admission to postgraduate studies in the issuing country.

Entry by this route will not imply in any case the recognition of the previous title in possession of the applicant, or its recognition for purposes other than studying the teachings of the master\xc2\x92s degree.

Being these studies mostly taught in English, there are specific access requirements, in addition to those specified by the university, which cannot be contravened, and students will be required to have level C1 of the CEFR.
