Program Curriculum
In the first year, you are introduced to relational and situated design practices, which form the foundation for developing design questions and articulating material responses. Through a combination of practical and theoretical work, you explore how designers can act as agents of social change. First-year courses include:

The second year focuses on the master's thesis project. You will deepen your engagement with the chosen design questions and develop advanced knowledge in their area of specialization. The thesis encourages you to create not just individual artefacts or designs, but entire areas of practice and research that enable you to engage with various professional contexts. Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Fine Arts or equivalent of at least 180 higher education credits (hec), and approved work samples. The work samples should demonstrate artistic and technical ability, both of which are necessary to fully benefit from the programme. Applicants must prove their knowledge of English: English 6/English B from Swedish Upper Secondary School or the equivalent level of an internationally recognized test, for example TOEFL, IELTS.
