Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
- Project. Students are required to interpret between the two languages, with mp3 recording no less than 400 hours, under the guidance of their tutors. Meanwhile students need to submit disc of mp3 recording of interpreting practice no less than 400 hours, including bi-directional interpreting, and based on the interpreting practice, they write a research report with word limit no less than 5,000 words on a particular interpreting topic.
- Experiment Report. Students are required to conduct interpreting experiments on a particular interpreting topic, under the guidance of their tutors, and write an experiment report with word limit no less than 10,000 words, based on the analysis of the experiment results.
- Research Essay. Students are required to write a research essay on interpreting with word limit no less than 15,000 words, under the guidance of their tutors.
- Dissertations must be written in English with the combination of Interpreting theory and practice, meeting the requirements for academic writing.
