Academic Requirements
The admission requirements for the masters programme Artificial intelligence depend on your prior qualifications.
Graduates from the following bachelors programmes are directly admissible
- Knowledge Engineering from Maastricht University, BSc
- Computer Science from Hasselt University, BSc
- Scientific Programing from Aachen University (MATSE), BSc
Graduates from a university bachelor\'s programme in a related field
You are eligible for assessment by the Board of Admission if you have a BSc or an equivalent diploma in a related field to Knowledge Engineering. Related fields are: Mathematics, Computer Science or Artificial Intelligence.
In some cases, the board will ask you to pass a GRE-test.
Graduates from a Dutch HBO in a related field
Excellent students with a Dutch University of Applied Sciences (HBO) degree in a related field, can follow a pre-master year at the department of Knowledge Engineering. Related fields are: Mathematics, Computer Science or Artificial Intelligence. Once successfully completed, this will then guarantee you access to the masters programme Artificial Intelligence.
English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
