Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
You need the following GPA score:
Applicants for graduate programs must have the equivalent of a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with a minimum GPA equivalent to Upper Second Class on the UK Honour scale. Admitted applicants typically have an undergraduate GPA of or better on the UK Honour scale. No exam grade should be lower than 4.5 (European grade scale) or D (American grade scale).
Your GPA (Grade Point Average) is calculated using the grades that you received in each course, and is determined by the points assigned to each grade (e.g. for the US grading scale from A-F).
A 2:1 honours degree, or international equivalent, preferably in any subject which provides a basis for involvement in the creative industries, such as:

You will be required to demonstrate in your application, experience within the creative industries, whether it be in a professional, voluntary or unpaid capacity.
We will also consider your application on an individual basis if you have a 2:2 honours degrees or non-standard qualifications and/or relevant professional experience.
International Students:
To study this course you need to meet our Band 6 English Language requirements:
Direct Entry: IELTS 6.5 overall (with a minimum of 6.0 in all sub-skills)
If you have lower English Language scores, you may be accepted onto a Pre-sessional English Language course.
Our typical English Language requirements are listed as IELTS scores but we also accept a wide range of English Language tests.
English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
