You need the following GPA score:

Applicants for graduate programs must have the equivalent of a bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA equivalent to 3 on a US 4.0 grading scale. Admitted applicants typically have an undergraduate GPA of or better on a 4.0 scale. No exam grade should be lower than 4.5 (European grade scale) or D (American grade scale).

Your GPA (Grade Point Average) is calculated using the grades that you received in each course, and is determined by the points assigned to each grade (e.g. for the US grading scale from A-F).

  • Undergraduate transcripts: Potential students must have completed an undergraduate degree and have held a GPA of 3.00 or higher. Official transcripts from all institutions previously attended, are required.
  • Letters of recommendation: Applicants should provide two letters of recommendation from faculty members or individuals who have first-hand knowledge of the applicant’s academic or professional capabilities. There is space for an optional third letter of recommendation.
  • Statement of purpose: Applicants should provide a statement of their intention and goals that specifically address the question, What will you anticipate doing with your degree? Length should be two pages or less.
  • Personal interview: Applicants might be asked to interview with at least one member of the program faculty or admissions committee. If applicable, the Arts Management office will arrange for an interview with the applicant.
  • Resume: Work experience is strongly preferred.
  • Additional Criteria: The GRE is not required for admission.
In addition to meeting general requirements for university admission for graduate study, applicants must submit the following items:
  • Official undergraduate transcripts listing a four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Two letters of recommendation from faculty members or individuals who have first-hand knowledge of the applicant’s academic or professional capabilities
  • A two-page (maximum) statement of intent and goals
  • Resume highlighting professional experience in the arts
  • Portfolio that demonstrates work experience (optional)
  • Applicants may be interviewed by at least one member of the program faculty or Admissions Committee
