Admission Requirements

Academic Requirements

You are required to have current employment in maintenance engineering or asset maintenance management plus either:
  • a CQUniversity Graduate Certificate in Asset and Maintenance Management, or equivalent; or
  • an associate diploma or degree in engineering, technology or applied science, with either:
  1. a minimum of 12 months relevant asset/maintenance management experience, or
  2. a minimum of three years relevant experience in maintenance engineering.
If you have English as your second language (international or domestic students born outside of Australia, Canada, NZ, UK, Ireland, South Africa or USA), you need to meet different English language proficiency requirements depending on the level of study and/or program you wish to undertake.

English Proficiency: IELTS 5.5 or equivalent.
