- Official transcripts from every institution you have attended should be submitted in your application.
- Clinical Experience: You must have a minimum 50 hours of work, volunteer or observation experience completed at the time you submit your application.
- Essay & Question page: An essay about yourself, how you became interested in the profession, and professional goals. Additional written one page question.
- Two letters of reference must be submitted with your application. One reference must be from a certified athletic trainer with whom you have worked, volunteered or observed.
- GRE scores are not required for the Pacific University Master of Science in Athletic Training program.
- A non-refundable application fee of $25
