Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
- Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Automotive Electronics, or a comparable degree. You have to have a minimum GPA of 3.0, based on a system of 4.0.
Maths and mechanics
You also need sufficient knowledge of mathematics and mechanics. You should be able to identify the main issues, and have sufficient theoretical background to be able to understand and to solve elementary mathematical and mechanical problems. The minimal requirements are defined in the self-assessment form, which you find here.
Knowledge of English
You also need to have sufficient knowledge of the English language and therefore need one of the following:
- TOEFL score 550 or higher
- IELTS score 6.0 or higher
- Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English
- Cambridge Certficate of Proficiency in English
Exemptions
If you can demonstrate that you have already covered certain units in the curriculum, you may receive exemption from some of the taught components of the course. You may indicate this in your application.
