Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
Applicants must either have obtained a Qualifying Law Degree, passed the Graduate Diploma in Law or otherwise have satisfied the Bar Standards Board requirements to embark on the vocational stage of training. All students are required to join one of the four Inns of Court before they commence the BPTC.Bar Course Aptitude TestApplicants must pass the Bar Course Aptitude Test (BCAT) introduced by the Bar Standards Board (BSB) in 2012. The test is compulsory and requires prospective students to achieve a minimum standard as specified by the BSB.
