Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
A three-year Bachelor degree (minimum credit average) completed in English from a country where\xc2\xa0English is the official language and which meets\xc2\xa0NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)\xc2\xa0requirements for teaching in a primary school, or a valid IELTS. Please refer to the\xc2\xa0School of Education\xc2\xa0for application procedures and course information.
Students who have studied overseas may be required to meet\xc2\xa0additional requirements\xc2\xa0set by the NSW Education Standards Authority in order to qualify as teachers in NSW.
Special Admission Requirements
Applicants must apply to the School of Education for an assessment of their undergraduate degree eligibility before 30 June. The assessment must be submitted with the postgraduate coursework application form before 31 October.English Proficiency: IELTS 7.5 or equivalent.
