Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
Besides a commitment and a proactive attitude we also require our candidates to provide the following during the application process:
- Bachelor degree awarded by a University or Higher Education Institute (for Portuguese candidates a minimum grade of 12 is required).
- In exceptional circumstances candidates who do not meet the above requirement may be accepted if they can demonstrate solid professional experience and/or relevant academic qualifications in the area of Management.
- Motivation Letter - explaining why you wish to study at IBS and study MIM in particular- this is your opportunity to let us know what motivates and drives you and how your future aspirations coincide with the MIM programme.
- Two letters of recommendation/contacts of two referees - during the application process you will be asked to provide contacts for two referees and to upload two letters of recommendation.
- Sound knowledge of English as this is the official language of the programme. In cases where previous studies or professional background do not provide proof of English language proficiency, candidates may be asked to provide TOEFL or IELTS scores - contact MIM Office should you have any doubts.
- GMAT or GRE may be requested depending on the candidate\'s academic background or professional experience. Please check with the Program Director whether this applies in your case.
