Admission Requirements

Academic Requirements

Bewerben k\xc3\xb6nnen sich Absolventen der Rechtswissenschaften (mind. Bachelor\xc2\xa0 oder\xc2\xa01. Staatsexamen, Diplom oder Master) mit einschl\xc3\xa4giger Berufserfahrung von in der Regel nicht unter einem Jahr.

Absolventen der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder verwandter F\xc3\xa4cher mit einem erkennbaren rechtlichen/ versicherungsrechtlichen Schwerpunkt k\xc3\xb6nnen sich ebenfalls bewerben. Hinreichende Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet der Rechtswissenschaften (Privatrecht) sind nachzuweisen.

Entsprechende Fachkenntnisse k\xc3\xb6nnen in Einzelf\xc3\xa4llen auch durch einschl\xc3\xa4gige berufliche Erfahrung nachgewiesen werden, wobei ein Hochschulabschluss unbedingte Voraussetzung ist.
