Program Overview
Biological Engineering addresses a wide range of problems relating to the environment, food and other biomaterial production and processing, renewable energy and reusable resources. The Biological Engineering program has focused research in environmental engineering and biosystems engineering and has co-operative projects with faculty members in other universities both locally and internationally. Therefore, you have opportunities to take part in research projects that encompass both specific environmental concerns and the sustainable utilization of natural resources.
