Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
To apply for the Master\'s programme in Biology you need a relevant Bachelor\'s degree. You can apply if you hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Biology from University of Southern Denmark, Aalborg University, University of Copenhagen or University of the Faroe Islands.
You can also apply if you hold a similar degree containing basic courses in mathematics, chemistry and statistics, as well as 60 ECTS within biology. The biological courses must cover:
- The structures and functions of biomolecules and cells
- The systematics, structures, development and functions of organisms
- The interaction between organisms and their environment
- The evolution of life
Once you have applied the study board will assess whether you degree is qualifying.
If your degree does not fulfill the requirements, the study board will decide whether you can follow one or more supplementary courses
