  • Submit official transcripts from each college and/or university attended to the Florida State University, Office of Admissions
  • In the department application form, you will be asked to enter the names and email addresses for at least three recommendation letter writers. Automatic emails will be sent to these addresses to request recommendation letters
  • To expedite your application with the Mathematics Department, submit unofficial documentation for your GRE, TOEFL
