Program Curriculum
Course Structure
- The first Term is characterized by preparatory courses aimed at standardizing the skills of students coming from different backgrounds. This phase consists of 3 courses that are designed to assist students in preparing for the Master
- The second Term consists of 9 compulsory courses with the purpose of providing the fundamental knowledge and skills to tackle issues related to sustainability and energy challenges;
- The third Term includes 8 specialization courses. Each student must choose at least 6 courses aggregating different competencies depending on their interests and the four suggested career path
- graduates with an undergraduate degree (i.e. Italian Diploma di laurea, American Bachelor of Arts or of Science, French Licence, Russian Bakalaur) preferably in economics, management, engineering and scientific disciplines;
- applicants who have not yet graduated must receive their degrees within 90 days of the beginning of the Specialized Master program;
- graduates with a short professional expertise.

Admission to the program
Admission to the program depends on a rigorous selection process based on the following factors:
Degree certificate transcript
You are required to submit an original/official or certified original transcript of grades (in English or Italian) from the college or university attended. This must include grades for individual subjects with the grading scale, the type of degree, the date of graduation and the dates of enrolment.
- Proficiency in English All applicants must be proficient in written and spoken English. If English is not your mother tongue, you must provide an English language certificate (i.e. TOEFL 100 internet based, CAE, CPE, BEC Higher or Vantage, IELTS 7/9, First Certificate).
- Updated CV You are required to submit your updated CV.
- GMAT, GRE or Bocconi selection test All applicants are required to take the GMAT or GRE test. No minimum score for admission is required, but a high score is expected. In alternative, candidates can take the Bocconi selection test.
- Interview Potential candidates will be invited for an admissions interview. This allows you to show that you possess the essential skills and motivation to participate. The interview may be held in Milan at Universit\xc3\xa0 Bocconi (address) or by conference call or telephone.
