Apply to SOPHAS (Required)

Your SOPHAS Application is for admissions to the University of Cincinnati Master of Public Health Program. You will need the following to complete your application:

• CV or resume

• Statement of Purpose and objectives

• Unofficial Transcripts for ALL higher education institutions attended

• International transcripts should be evaluated by WES

• Three Letters of Reccomendation from individuals familiar with your academic or professional background.

• GRE, GMAT, and/or MCAT scores

The following will be sent directly to SOPHAS:

• GRE, GMAT, and/or MCAT scores

• For international students, official TOEFL IELTS scores

• Three Letters of Reccomendation

Complete the UC Graduate Application (Required supplemental application)

For Graduate Major, select the name of the academic area you are interested in, for example: Biostatistics, Environmental Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Education, Health Services Management, or Occupational Public Health.

You will need the following to complete your application:

• College(s) attended

• Selection of your desired program

• International applicants whose native language is not English must take the TOEFL exam and submit official scores directly from the testing agency of a minimum of 580 (paper) 237 (computer) or 93 (internet) to be considered for the program.

• Official transcripts of all colleges and universities must be submitted. These must be official, therefore copies cannot replace official records from higher educational institutions attended.
