Apply to SOPHAS (Required)
Your SOPHAS Application is for admissions to the University of Cincinnati Master of Public Health Program. You will need the following to complete your application:
- CV or resume
- Statement of Purpose and objectives
- Unofficial Transcripts for ALL higher education institutions attended
- International transcripts should be evaluated by WES
- Three Letters of Reccomendation from individuals familiar with your academic or professional background.
- GRE, GMAT, and/or MCAT scores
The following will be sent directly to SOPHAS:
- GRE, GMAT, and/or MCAT scores
- For international students, official TOEFL IELTS scores
- Three Letters of Reccomendation
Complete the UC Graduate Application (Required supplemental application)
For Graduate Major, select the name of the academic area you are interested in, for example: Biostatistics, Environmental Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Education, Health Services Management, or Occupational Public Health.
You will need the following to complete your application:

- International applicants whose native language is not English must take the TOEFL exam and submit official scores directly from the testing agency of a minimum of 580 (paper) 237 (computer) or 93 (internet) to be considered for the program.
