Admission Requirements

Academic Requirements

Prospective majors in the School of Business must adhere to the general procedures established by the University. Students preparing for careers in business must have completed pre-calculus with a "C" or better before attempting the accounting or statistics courses. Mathematics placement is based on the student\'s pre-college academic preparation. Students who need additional preparation in mathematics are encouraged to seek admission for the summer preceding the Freshman year.However, students applying for admission to the Five-year MBA program must be admitted separately. A minimum 1050 SAT score or 24 ACT score, impressive high school transcripts and three strong personal references are required to be considered for admission to the Department of Business Administration.
