Course Structure
- Case-Study: Case studies are used to study the functional areas of a business, most of which deal with real problems that can occur in any company.
- PMO: Management and support tools to transform a project into reality, with a global and dynamic vision of the environment that includes its strengths and weaknesses.
- Inspireo Workshop/LEGO Serious Play methodology: Improved entrepreneurship training by unleashing the potential of individuals in a creative and participatory work environment. Implemented through unique workshops called INSPIREO WORKSHOP.
- Balanced Scorecard (design of business management strategies): Management model based on goals whose achievement is measured using business indicators.

Academic Requirements
The student must meet one of the following requirements detailed below and submit the relevant documentation:
- University Degree
Spanish or EU students:
strong>Photocopy of the university degree sealed by their home university or a notarised photocopy of the original degree. In the event the degree is being processed, you can submit an original certificate of completion of studies and academic record with your qualifications, both documents with the stamp and signature of the educational institution.
In the event the degree is issued in a language other than Spanish, a\xc2\xa0sworn translation\xc2\xa0into Spanish duly signed by a notary must be submitted.
Non-EU students:
Photocopy of the university degree\xc2\xa0to which the\xc2\xa0Apostille of the Hague, or equivalent legal seal in the case your country is not signed to the Hague Convention, has been previously applied (the university where you studied can inform you).

Original certificate issued by the Company and signed by the corresponding Manager\xc2\xa0with a legitimate signature, stating the period in which the work was performed and a brief description of your functions. You must submit the original and have it sealed by the Company.
