The Business Law at Radboud University is a LLM programme in Business & Management over 12 months, delivered On-campus. This programme equips graduates with advanced knowledge and practical skills for professional and academic careers in the field.

Course Structure
- Advanced Notions of International and European LawThis is a course aimed to rapidly give all students, whatever their prior knowledge is at the start of the programme, an intricate understanding of European and international law.
- European Competition LawThis course will deepen your knowledge of the basic principles of European competition law and policy.
- European and Comparative Company LawThe course offers an introduction to European and comparative company law. Among the topics are: corporate restructuring and mobility, forming and financing a company, European business forms, corporate governance and employee involvement.

Academic Requirements
Master\'s programme in European Law
Admission for students with a Dutch university Bachelors diploma
A Bachelors degree in (European) Law and knowledge of the basic concepts of international or European Law (as established by the Examinations Board).
You admission should include a motivation letter in which you explainwhy you would like to enrol in the Masters specialisation of your choice within the European Law programme. Also attach your resume with a photo and your grade list to this letter.
Admission requirements for international students
- A TOEFL score of >=87 (internet-based) with a minimum of 23 for writing
- An IELTS score of >=6.5 average (test score of 6.5 overall with a 6.0 minimum for each test result: listening, reading, writing and speaking)
- Cambridge Certificate of Advanced English (CAE) or Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) with a mark of C or higher
Please note: with a language test score between an 80 to 87 (TOEFL) or a 6 to 6.5 (IELTS) an interview via Skype might be part of the selection procedure. It may also be demanded that you participate in an intensive summer course in academic English and academic writing before you can enter the programme.

For those who dont meet the requirements
Radboud University does not offer a pre-Masters in European Law. If you wish to enter the Masters programme in European Law, youll need a Bachelors degree (from a research university) that meets the requirements. At Radboud University, we do offer a Bachelors programme in European Law School (in Dutch).
