Academic Requirements

Entry Requirements:

  • Applicants should normally have a good first degree or equivalent and be working in an environment with children or young people. A professional qualification is not required for access to the course but applicants must demonstrate continuing involvement with children and young people. Recent experience (within the past 2 years) of working directly with children and young people is required so that applicants are able to draw on their experience when completing programme assignments.
  • If English is not your first language you will be expected to demonstrate a certificated level of proficiency of at least IELTS 6.5 ( Academic level) or equivalent English Language qualification, as recognised by Anglia Ruskin University.

English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
