Academic Requirements
To enter the Master of Laws in Chinese Business Law programme, applicants must meet the programme-specific entry requirements under each Pathway:
Programme-specific entry requirements for Pathway 1:
- a recognized degree in law, business or a related discipline (or its equivalent); or
- a recognized degree in a non-law or non-business discipline (or its equivalent), with a minimum of three years\' professional or managerial experience related to law or business.
Programme-specific entry requirements for Pathway 2:
- a recognized Master\'s degree in law, business or a related discipline (or its equivalent).
