Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
All applications will be considered in line with the equal opportunities policies of the four partner universities. Entry requirements are that candidates have a degree from a recognised institution, preferably, but not necessarily, in dance, anthropology or in related subjects (for instance drama, music, sports and human movement studies, sociology, cultural studies). They also need to have an enthusiasm for dance and give clear indication as to whether their background and interests are more anthropological or more ethnochoreological as the consortium plans to recruit half of each. If their first language is not English they will also need to have English language qualifications level 7 for study at postgraduate level.
Once accepted, students will be registered at all four universities.
