For part-time applicants:
- Undergraduate qualification in dentistry and completion of at least one year in clinical practice and
- Letter of good standing or equivalent from an appropriate regulatory dental body and
- IELTS score of 6.5 overall (with a minimum of 6.0 in each component)
For full-time applicants:
- Undergraduate qualification in dentistry and
- Completion of at least one year in clinical practice and

Prior to commencing clinical placement:
- Current satisfactory immunisation status and
- Current evidence of a satisfactory Disclosure and
- Barring Service (DBS) check and
- Current evidence of malpractice indemnity insurance
