  • A completed application form
  • A nomination letter from the home institution
  • 2 letters of references in sealed and signed envelopes
  • An official transcript of the academic records (to be issued by the institution being currently attended)
  • A copy of the passport
  • Study plan / description of academic interests (on a separate sheet of A4-sized paper)
  • Eight 1-inch,colored photos (with blue background) taken no more than six months previously in smart attire or a civil service uniform, signed on the reverse side. One photo should be attached to the application form.

English Proficiency: IELTS 6 or equivalent.
