  • A baccalaureate degree in Communication or a related field from a regionally accredited U.S. institution of higher learning or from a non-U.S. institution of higher education that is judged equivalent to a U.S. baccalaureate degree by the International Admissions Office.
  • A statement of purpose describing your background, academic interests, academic or professional goals, and how the program will help fulfill these interests and achieve these goals. Your statement should also describe the reasons you wish to pursue an MA in Communication, your qualifications, and why you think your academic interests align with our graduate program in communication.
  • An original scholarly paper.
  • Three letters of recommendation (preferably at least two from academic references) that assess your qualifications and likelihood for success in a graduate course of study.
