Academic Requirements

Eligible applicants will be reimbursed 80% of their fees, subject to a maximum sum of HK$10,000, on successful completion of a reimbursable course or module forming part of the course.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

  1. be a Hong Kong resident and have the right of abode in Hong Kong, the right of entry into Hong Kong or the right to stay in Hong Kong without restrictions. People with one-way permits who come to settle in Hong Kong from China can also apply. (Application form must be submitted with copies of one-way permit and Hong Kong Identity Card.)
  2. have been admitted into a fee-refundable course and have paid the fees before term starts; and
  3. be 18 to 65 years old when submitting the application and applying for a refund.

English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
