Admission Requirements

Academic Requirements

All applicants should meet the following criteria: Completion of an excellent Master or Bachelor degree or a corresponding qualification in

  • Computational Engineering (in an electrical engineering course of study)
  • Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering
  • Information Technology/Technical Computer Science or comparable courses with the ECTS grade A, B, or C or a grade equivalent from countries outside of Europe (65% of the best of the course)

The course in Computational Engineering is taught in English.

  • TOEFL score of at least 71% of the total score (IBT-Internet based test). The results shouldn´t be older then 2 years. Native speakers are exempt.
Prior basic knowledge of German is recommended in order to ease daily life as well as to attend subjects that are offered in German.These subjects are requiring a basic knowledge of German of at least 480 hrs (certificate) and allowing you to choose from a wider range of subjects provided .

English Proficiency: IELTS 6 or equivalent.
