- Being graduated from an undergraduate program (4-year) of a higher education institution recognized by the Higher Education Council of Turkey (Y\xc3\x96K).
- Being successful in the interviews made face-to-face or online.
- For master degree and\xc2\xa0PhD\xc2\xa0candidates also having a successful grade from English Proficiency Exams and accepted by Izmir University of Economics
