Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- provisional registration as a psychologist. This must be obtained from the commencement of enrolment and for the duration of the program.
- a four-year APAC-accredited qualification in psychology at Honours 2A level e.g., Distinction or above, or an equivalent fourth year qualification
- personal suitability to undertake professional practice as a psychologist.
- National Police Certificate - this can be obtained either through your State or Territory Police Service or through the Australian Federal Police
- Working with Children Check - this can be obtained at Office of the Children\'s Guardian
Additional admission criteria
Applicants must complete the Master of Professional Psychology Supplementary Form. Applicants are also asked to provide two professional or academic references, via the Master of Professional Psychology Reference Form.
Shortlisted applicants will be required to participate in a face-to-face or telephone selection interview. Interviews are expected to be conducted across December and January, and successful applicants will be advised shortly after their interview.\xc3\x82\xc2\xa0
