Program Curriculum

Course Structure

  1. Modules are for the current academic year, and are subject to change depending on your year of entry.
  2. During the two-year course you attend four two-week teaching sessions at Imperial. You also complete an individual dissertation under the joint supervision of a member of staff from both the College and your chosen organisation.
  3. The taught element of the course consists of an introductory day and then four teaching blocks, each lasting two weeks, over the two years of the course.
  4. Each teaching block has two modules \x96 one a week. Six of the modules are core and two are elective modules.
  5. The research dissertation element is one extended project that will be completed outside the teaching blocks.

Academic Requirements

  • Applicants will normally have obtained, or be expected to obtain at least an Upper Second Class (2:1) degree, or equivalent overseas qualification, in any discipline.

  • Because this course is aimed at people working in the healthcare sector, applicants normally require two years\' experience within this sector.
