Academic Requirements
- The training gave participants the knowledge required for management in the energy sector, as well as more general expertise such as leadership, motivation, strategy and change management. The major issues affecting the sector, project analysis and energy system management were also covered..
- All participants had applied the knowledge acquired by working on a corporate project or an independent study project on a subject determined in collaboration with the management of their organization.
- Participants who successfully completed the program received the graduate diploma in management in the energy sector, known by its acronym D.E.S.S. The diploma is conferred by Universit\xc3\xa9 de Montr\xc3\xa9al.
