Admission Requirements

Academic Requirements

A Bachelor\xc2\x92s degree (B.Sc. or B. Eng.) in Chemistry or a closely related subject corresponding to a minimum of 180 ECTS credits or documented equivalent studies.

The applicant must document that they fulfill the following minimum requirements:

  • Courses in Chemistry or closely related subject corresponding to at least 50 ECTS credits
  • Courses in Mathematics, Numerical analysis and Computer science corresponding to at least 20 ECTS credits

English language requirements:

  • TOEFL:
    • Paper-based: 580 (written section grade 4,5)
    • Internet-based test: 92 (written section grade 22)
    • IELTS: 6.5, no section lower than 5.5 (only IELTS Academic Training accepted).

English language test exemptions:

1. Applicants who have completed a university degree instructed in English at a university that is physically located in one of the following countries: USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand.

2. Applicants who have completed at least a 3-year degree instructed in English in an EU/EEA country. Further language exemptions will be considered in accordance with N5T guidelines.
